Alternative Systeme der Kriminalitätskontrolle
Ziel dieses Projekts war eine vergleichende und modellbasierte Analyse von alternativen, informellen und in Übergangsgesellschaften festzustellenden strafrechtlichen Verfahrenstypen. Es führte zu einem Buch über die Legitimität von neuen Verfahrensarten der Kriminalitätskontrolle in der globalen Risikogesellschaft. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung wurden 2018 auf einer Konferenz an der Queen Mary University in London vorgestellt und diskutiert.
