The workshop brings together legal scholars, philosophers, and legal theorists from the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy and the Department of Public Law at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law. Among other topics, we will discuss questions in the fields of the rule of law, constitutional law, and security from a theoretical and critical point of view.
