Publications of our researchers

The Institute’s researchers primarily publish the results of their work in German and international peer-reviewed journals and with German and international publishing houses. The Institute also publishes monographs and anthologies, in a number of book series , together with the academic publishing house Duncker & Humblot. One such series devotes itself to the collection of foreign criminal laws in German or English translation . Furthermore, several researchers at the Institute also act as managing editors of journals . In order to make the Institute’s research findings more readily available to the international scientific community, open access publications will be accessible from SSRN in the future.
The editing team at the Institute assists researchers in their editing tasks and in the publication of their research findings. All editors are publication professionals who are proficient in their native languages (German and/or English). Their work covers the entire spectrum of classic publishing activities ranging from copy editing and translating through to typesetting and publication management.
