Main Focus
Peter Wozniak is a VR & AR expert and since August 2020 leads the newly founded Crime Research, Innovative Methods and Experimentation Laboratory (MAXLab) of the Criminology department of the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law. In the MAXLab, research studies and experiments are conducted using virtual reality and other new technologies. As lab director, Peter Wozniak is responsible for setting up the laboratory and cooperates closely with the scientists of our institute and participating research institutions in the implementation of projects.
