ARCH brings together international researchers, policymakers, and industry partners to deliver a multidimensional costs-of-harms model that captures the direct, indirect, and cascading impacts of cybercrime. This includes evaluating psychological, economic, social, and institutional harms by integrating official crime statistics, industry reports, surveys, and other data sources.
