Prof. Tatjana Hörnle, director at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg, has been appointed as an honorary professor at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Tatjana Hörnle was a full professor at the University’s Faculty of Law until 2019 before taking up her current position in Freiburg. She will continue to teach at the Humboldt University. In particular, she will offer courses pertaining to her research focus on the fundamental principles of criminal law and the law of sexual offenses.
